We must have gone wrong somewhere. There’s no other reason why the juniors are like that now.
If 2 years ago, the seniors didn’t have to do this kind of silly stuff and deal with this kinda silly people, then it must be something wrong with us as seniors now.
Maybe we’re not good enough as seniors. Maybe the comm isn’t doing a good job. Maybe I’m a lousy senior. Maybe I can’t be a good DM. Maybe it’s all of the above.
I just want someone to tell me what went wrong.
